On Saturday 22nd January, 2022, history and progress was made again in the Catholic Diocese of Abeokuta as three deacons: Revs Joachim Oladeyinde Olaoye, John Esochukwu Onyinmba and Anthony Benjamin Oluwasina were raised to the presbyteral order by Most Rev. Dr. Peter Olukayode Odetoyinbo at the Divine Mercy Pastoral Centre, Agbamaya, Obada-Oko, Abeokuta.
To God be the glory for the gift of the priesthood and the gift of the three newly ordained priests to join in the work of evangelization in the Catholic Diocese of Abeokuta. May God continue to bless the Church with good and holy priests. Amen
