The Daughters of St Paul were in Agatu, Otukpo diocese in February 2022 for a weekend of animation for catechists and church leaders. The animation, organised by Fr Denis Ujah, in collaboration with the Daughters of St Paul from Abuja, took place at Egba-Otu parish. Sr Lydie Ntambo fsp and Sr Oluwakemi Akinleye fsp were the heralds of the good news at this event.
There were about 120 women and men present. At the end of an enriching sharing and fruitful time spent together, each catechist and church leader was given a set of books as tools for their formation in pastoral ministry.
It is our prayer and hope that the Word of God will continue to be lived and proclaimed within and beyond Agatu, especially in these tying times of insecurity and financial hardship.
