My Lord Bishop, dear Fathers, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, good afternoon.
I have received with great sadness the News of the death of one of us, *Very Rev Fr Polycarp Lubo*, Director of Ecumenism for Jos Archdiocese and the Chairman of CAN Plateau State Chapter.
The sad event occurred in the early hours of the morning June 15th, 2025 as he was recuperating in the Jos University Teaching Hospital, after a car crash.
Our heartfelt condolences to the Most Rev Matthew Ishaya Audu, Archbishop of Jos and our brother Rev Fr Blaise Agwom, Director of Interreligious Dialogue Archdiocese of Jos.
Further information will be communicated in due course.
May the soul of Rev Fr Polycarp Lubo and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
