Every 4th Sunday of Easter we celebrate Vocations Sunday or Good Shepherd Sunday. It is a day we are invited to pray for Vocations and encourage young people to respond to the call to Priesthood and Religious life.
On Vocations Sunday, we are invited to pray and donate for the training of Seminarians and Novices.
The second collections of that day forms part of the Universal Solidarity Funds of St. Peter the Apostle.
The funds are used in training seminarians and and Novices in Mission Territories. Nigeria is a great beneficiary from this funds because it is one of the countries with highest number of seminarians and seminaries. Your support on that day will go a long way in assisting in the training of seminarians and Religious.
You can donate during the collections or directly to our account. For can also adopt a seminarian or make special contribution for their training.
