The National President of the Catholic Artist and Entertainers Association of Nigeria (CAEAN), Amb. Mrs. Edith Isidahomhe, recently paid a condolence visit to the National Director of Social Communications, Rev. Fr. Michael Nsikak Umoh, at the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), to commiserate with him over the passing of his mother.
During the visit, the National President who was accompanied by some provincial coordinators and diocesan executives, seized the opportunity to brief the National Director on the proceedings and preparations for the forthcoming CAEAN National Leadership workshop, scheduled to take place in Abuja province in 2025. She expressed gratitude for Fr. Umoh’s presence at the last National convention and elections held in Ibadan Archdiocese.
The Chairman of the Planning Committee for the proposed Leadership Workshop, Comr. Amos Agochoko, provided an update on the level of preparation and sought fatherly advice and professional expertise on certain issues from the National Director.
In response, Fr. Umoh thanked the team for their visit and commended the National President for her wisdom in familiarizing herself with the National Directorate. He pledged his support for the proposed workshop, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining the planning process.
Fr. Umoh also took the CAEAN team on a tour of the Directorate and its facilities, introducing them to the staff.
