Communications staff commence training

In a bid to improve and broaden the ICT knowledge of staff of the Directorate of Communications, the Communications staff of the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria under the able leadership of Rev. Fr. Dr. Mike Umoh have commenced an ICT training
The training kick-started on the 13th of October, 2020 at the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria. Topics relating to online magazine contents development and uploads were taught.
Speaking during the training, Umoh emphasized on the need for Communications staff to be abreast with the adequate knowledge of ICT, as this will foster the Communications Apostolate in the Catholic church at large.
Speaking further, he said the aim is to empower the communications staff of the Directorate with adequate knowledge of what communications is all about and how it works, as well as having certified communicators who will effectively handle the newly designed Nigeria Catholic Network Website and App.
At the close of the training, the staff expressed their warmth appreciation to the Director and vow to put in their best towards acquiring more knowledge on ICT.
